Tina has been a health and well-being coach for the past 10 years, specializing in developing growth mindsets and sustainable change. Recently she has expanded her coaching business, working with women who are in the middle of life transitions, seeking renewed purpose and fulfillment.
This additional focus has come naturally, as Tina herself navigated rocky waters during her mid-40s. Feeling depressed, unhappy, and wanting more out of life, she honored her instincts and “inner-knowing” to make major shifts. As she became an empty-nester, she left her marriage of 25 years which also meant leaving the family business she had spent her entire adult life creating.
Tina’s background ranges from small business and entrepreneurship to coaching. After she received her B.S. in Human Resources from Northwest Missouri State, she was instrumental in building and managing an award-winning service-based business with her former spouse. She had her first taste of coaching in the early years of that business by hiring a business coach and then learning how to coach employees effectively to help them reach their highest potential.
When she turned 40, Tina released 100 pounds while working with a health coach which led her to become a coach herself, creating a positive impact on hundreds of lives. Tina has been a seeker of personal development for over 20 years. She has attended multiple Tony Robbins Seminars including the week-long Date with Destiny program, and is a two-time firewalker – walking on 2000-degree coals! She also has received coach training from the Robbins-Madanes Institute, developed from the world-class teachings of Tony Robbins.
